Nowadays in the US — there’s an incredibly powerful cultural narrative that impacts everything from Wall Street to the Federal Government to our school systems, to our military.
In reality it’s likely some twisted combination of new age socialism, the growth of technology, and an effort by groups within the government to subvert and manipulate the populace with division. At its core it’s a perversion of nature — of the natural state of things, championing idealism and virtue over fact and logic.
I’m talking about the phenomena of “wokeness”. The well known definition is loose — but the stark examples all throughout society have completely consumed all ranks of our country.
Urban dictionary would define it as the follows:
When this term became popularized, initially the meaning of this term was when an individual become more aware of the social injustice. Or basically, any current affairs related like biased, discrimination, or double-standards.
Over time, the term "woke" has evolved and become more mainstream, expanding its meaning to encompass a broader range of social issues beyond just race, including gender, LGBTQ+ rights, environmentalism, classism, and other forms of inequality.
There’s a growing trend in online social culture and the US I’ve observed which centers around calling anyone who disagrees with this big “thing” or narrative, an “extremist” “alt right” or a nut job.
I mean let’s be honest — at this point you could just want a wife, kids, the picket fence, a steady job, time to workout and stay in shape, and to be left alone these days and be considered an extremist. Unfortunately the fringes of society are in control of the direction we are headed and without major concentrated backlash things are not going to change.
Just recently New York City committed to paying over $13 million in total, or approximately $10,000 each, to demonstrators who were either arrested or physically harmed by law enforcement during the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests following the police killing of George Floyd in Minnesota.
You can loot, break the law, burn shit — and we’ll pay you! You think that might fuel upcoming election festivities?
And let me be clear for all our new readers and subscribers along with our legacy folks here — if you make an effort to look at this issue objectively it’s quite easy to see how detrimental and unpopular this entire movement has become. This issue is political in that wokeness is very much aligned with the goal’s and standards of the far left in the US — but the problem is amplified because the federal government is aligned with these views as well.
It begs the question — why?
Why are we pushing these senseless and baseless policies so hard? It’s everywhere you look. Surely it’s not simply for the sake of diversity or inclusivity. It cannot be that simple. To understand what’s actually going on you have to look at the consequences and impacts of these positions and ideals.
Today’s post may be too spicy for some — but I strongly feel it needs to be covered. Many of us have become so busy in our own lives that we don’t see how harmful these policies and views are becoming AND how widespread their reach is.
We’ll start today with the trend of wokeness in modern America and where it is breaking down historically efficient, fruitful, and successful individuals and organizations.

Most of the people that get called far right extremists are simply normal people who want to go to work without being forced to sit through a woke struggle session, to have their kids go to school without any trans/leftist indoctrination, to be entertained without propaganda, to workout without being called a fascist, to decide for themselves whether they get an experimental drug or vax, to go on a family vacation every once in a while, to live in a safe community, to not have their food poisoned, to live out their faith, to have the death penalty for pedophiles and who recognize the government fails at everything it touches so they just want it to downsize, cut taxes and leave them alone.
