311: The Rising Tide of Global Censorship & Anarcho Tyranny

A substantial amount of important news has dropped in the past 24 hours on everything from the election, to financial markets, to crime, and to the fronts of many conflicts around the world.
If you value learning about events and themes in markets, geopolitics, and society that directly impact you — you’re in the right place. I’m not interested in the noise anymore — my only real interests left are to either painting an accurate picture of what’s happening or provide you with the context and information to do so yourself.
That’s it.
I spoke of the Overton Window in the last several editions of Arb Letter — for those unfamiliar in short it’s a concept that refers to the policies or conditions politically acceptable to the mainstream population at any given time. This has drastically moved in the last few years, but it has really accelerated this year and in particular since the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. People are becoming more submissive, apathetic, and complacent on massive updates that have the capacity to impact all of us negatively.
Eventually the dam will break — and that’s when even the deniers will have no option but to recognize just how bad things have gotten.
They directly threaten our freedom, sovereignty, and free speech.
Quite a bit has been confirmed to us in the last several days. Those of you who are long term readers know exactly what I am talking about. Some of these developments are monumental.
First was the admission from Mark Zuckerberg in a letter to Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee, that META “regrets” working with the Biden Administration and multiple federal agencies on censoring, de-platforming, and tailoring information during the 2020 election and Covid Pandemic.
We now know:
The FBI lied about the Hunter Laptop Story
The FBI told META/Facebook there was incoming “Russian Disinformation” knowing full well the leak was 100% real
META/Facebook demoted the story when it broke, but then was told by fact checkers it wasn’t disinformation
META/Facebook censored Covid Origin Information
META/Facebook regulated content on Vaccines and Treatments of Covid
The Biden Harris administration and these agencies repeatedly pressured META/Facebook to cooperate
United States Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas lied under oath when asked about this very thing. That is a verifiable fact now and it’s caught on camera. Let me be 100% clear:
META interfered with the 2020 election.
Federal Agencies used META to censor dissent and political opposition online.
These officials are continuing to lie about all of this.
Of course all of this was labeled as misinformation and conspiracy in the moment. You’ll be tickled to hear that Rob Flaherty, the White House staffer who demanded Facebook censor this information, is now……drum roll please…….. Kamala's Deputy Campaign Manager.
Second — the assault on free speech globally continues with the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov who was taken into custody by French law enforcement this week. His arrest is part of a growing trend of targeting free speech in Europe.
Durov, 39, was detained at an airport near Paris on Saturday shortly after arriving on a private jet. Bail was set at 5 million euros (approximately $5.5 million), and Durov was subsequently released but required to report to a police station twice weekly, according to a statement from Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau.
The Paris prosecutor's office announced Wednesday that Durov had been released from custody but would appear in court for his initial hearing before a judge, with the possibility of an indictment, as reported by AP. A French investigative judge placed him under formal investigation, restricting him from leaving France.
We know that Telegram has long been an item of focus for intelligence communities across the globe, Durov told Tucker Carlson in an interview that intelligence officials approached his partner in the US, attempting to collude with him to set up a back door into Telegram to monitor citizen’s communications.
This move on Durov (who has done nothing wrong) comes after the UK brutally subjected it’s citizens with new hate/harmful speech regulations/censorship pushes in the aftermath of repeated stabbings across the country. Europe is not hiding their efforts to crack down on free speech amid growing crime from illegal migrants and a rise in nationalism, and any vectors that allow for people to get the “truth” be it telegram, X, or other platforms are being targeted in blatant fashion.
Elon Musk is without a doubt next.
These tyrants are making no efforts to conceal the fact they want to stamp out free speech for good and it comes at a time when the consequences of their subversive policies are becoming more and more obvious to people — this timing is not coincidence.
They are losing control of the narrative quickly, and so they are willing to break the law in order to try and cut off the remaining loose ends. It’s already ramping up as I type this — Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered Elon Musk of $TSLA Tesla to name a legal representative for X/Twitter in Brazil within 24 hours or face the site's full suspension and ban in the country, according to Reuters

On one hand these legacy apparatuses are having to deal with the remaining outlets where you CAN get the truth. We are seeing this with META, Google, big tech, the Biden regime, US Federal Agencies, European governments, and leftist media.
They are trying so desperately to label the remaining sources of truth as criminals. On the other hand things are deteriorating so quickly, that more and more people are waking up. They need to tie this off with a bow as quickly as possible before this awakening hits critical mass or they are truly hosed.
