223: Understanding the Times
The air is getting cooler where I live.
But the temperature drop isn’t the only noticeable shift in the air — there’s also an indescribable albeit palpable tension that weighs heavy.
My journey in online business started with the financial meme page Arbitrage Andy — at the time (pre covid) there really wasn’t a single care for most people as they went through their lives in a prosperous job market, raging bull market, and period of prosperity that defined the post 2008 and post 9/11 environment in the US. The only thing I cared about at the time was getting the best new pair of shiny bit loafers or the next bonus check or maybe even which weekends in summer I was planning to go infuse my bloodstream with tequila in the Hamptons or 3 days straight.
Critics say I changed or “went off the rails” when in reality all that happened was I saw the world and the US for what they are and what they are becoming. I care more about the direction of our country and it’s future prosperity than I do for office politics or inflated titles that make corporate drones feel good.
Sure money’s great, but is it that great when it’s being devalued daily, given out freely to those who ascribe to the new woke/politically correct ideology of the world (cut off from those who don’t fall in line), and wasted on fruitless wars with no end in sight and no benefit to the US people?
We were fortunate enough to get a glimpse of the things to come in 2024 ahead of the 2020 elections, when Americans watched a BLM/Antifa and other domestic groups ravaged the country looting, burning, and rioting their way across numerous cities and regions. This behavior wasn’t really condoned — because of course it was in the name of “virtue”.
Imprison people who were merely present on January 6th with the help of planted FBI agitators but no charges for the ones who looted and burned our country for a summer — makes sense.
But then reality swung in to say hi to everybody and punch many in the face. Turns out, the pandemic was manipulated and abused by those in power to achieve monetary or power related gains. Those shots that were toted endlessly and shilled at every hour of the day weren’t and aren’t as safe as the “experts” claimed. Political division could not be higher and there’s a very high chance we see social unrest leading up to the 2024 presidential election in the US.
The economy — that the Federal Reserve obliterated with endless money printing to counter the pandemic, is beginning to show serious cracks and millions of people in the US and across the globe are struggling to get by each and every day. Home ownership, long a hallmark achievement of the American dream is growing distant by the day for many. US debt exceed $33 Trillion dollars this week. Think about that for a minute.
Something as simple as simply keeping our border secure and functioning properly can’t even be agreed on. For some reason the word “illegal” has no meaning — instead, virtue is applied and justification is applied after the fact to excuse behavior or outcomes with an endless list of reasons. Nobody is thinking about what happens when tens of thousands of military aged men with no women, jobs, or assets show up in the heart of America and get bored or desperate.
Right and wrong no longer exists. Basic common sense is literally absent from 99% of decisions being made.
We were all lied to and misled by our government and some of the biggest organizations in the world. About Covid, about the 2020 election, about Afghanistan, about the reasons we are in Ukraine, about crime rates, about the economy, about political transgressions, and much more. The New York Jets are now toting Ukraine flags on their helmets — the kool aid is being spread far and wide for all to drink. JPMorgan announced this eek that they will have to settle Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking suit by U.S. Virgin Islands for the amount of $75 million. The US government is days away from a shutdown.
WHAT IS GOING ON.
The US is letting millions of migrants through our southern border with virtually zero checking or vetting process in place to ensure our country remains secure. There are literally videos of border personel CUTTING razor wire to let them through!
IS IT SO FAR FETCHED TO THINK THAT THESE TRANSGRESSIONS ARE INTENTIONAL?
You are watching the break down of our country from within. You don’t need to drop paratroopers or launch cruise missiles into the US to conquer it — you just need to radically destabilize it with migrant populations nobody can support, stoke racial and political tensions to the point of open violence in the streets, and obliterate the dollar through endless printing of money — decimating purchasing power for millions of Americans.
This paralyzing wokeness has struck at the heart of the US and it’s contributing to the demise of a country that once had a strong central national identity, sense of patriotism, and unity. That no longer exists. It’s now all about the individual or what the government can do for me — it’s about virtue over logic and emotion over reality.
And it will have real world consequences for all of us.
Today’s post is an unadulterated, unfiltered, straight take on the absurdity of the times we live in and what it means for all of us.
Don’t be fooled by legacy media and normie takes that claim “everything’s fine” or “you’re being an alarmist” or “you’ve gone off the edge”.
Things really are bad. There’s no hiding from it. The only way out is through and while we are going through it — it’s going to get very real for many people. It will pay to be in the know and have a grasp on what’s actually happening.

You’re not just imagining it, crime and violence in the US is soaring and becoming more prevalent by the day. New York, LA, SF, and other major cities have violent crimes committed everyday now at an alarming rate. Shootings, lootings, robberies, assaults, and fights in public are the norm now — sometimes over absolutely absurd reasons.
Anybody at any time can become a victim.
A disturbing video came out of Chicago this week in which a white man is jumped by two black men, beaten, and robbed in broad daylight.
You won’t see masses of protestors or social justice movements for this man. In fact, you probably won’t even see it mentioned in your local media or news channel.

This comes on the heels of the video we shared last week in which two teens in California ran over a retired police officer on his bike, laughing and boasting about it. To add salt to the wound the culprits were labeled as “white” on their booking documents when they both are clearly of black.
Two brothers who beat a white man Ethan Liming to death outside LeBron James’ ‘I Promise’ school were just recently found guilty of lesser assault charges — a trend that is growing across the US as social justice and compromised juries begin to implement social views into legal decisions surrounding race.
A truly troubling trend to say the least.
Covid Resurgence
Covid is back. In the last two weeks I personally know dozens who have gotten the virus again and are out of commission with a range of symptoms including headaches, aches, chills, stomach issues, shingles, and other symptoms. The media seems to also be hopping on the train again with new headlines declaring that the virus is now back again.
Who’s going to fall for this same ruse again?
