The Political Super Post
Well here it is in it’s entire glory. The highly anticipated two part series on US Politics by Arbitrage Andy.
I thought long and hard about releasing this Arb Letter because of the political climate in the United States at the moment. Why? Well for starters there are some pretty heavy and serious implications of what is transpiring.
I was one of those idiots that majored in Political Science in college thinking it would be relatively chill only to find out that the amount of academic reading and writing required wasn’t remotely reasonable for someone who wanted to compete in college athletics, rage face, and throw down 19 natty lights 4 nights a week. But, I will say that the history component was especially interesting and useful for understanding not only how the world works, but giving you the perspective and context to effectively assess modern day situations and the likely consequences.
A firm grasp of history gives a lense into the mistakes more primal humans made and the raw wanton nature of nation states and world superpowers vying for dominant influence over culture, regional prowess, and economic monopoly. It’s our greatest prediction tool. As a general disclaimer don’t read this if you’re not open minded or mature enough to understand the way the world actually works. If your interest lies in believing politicians and participating in “woke” “PC” culture I advise you move on. This will be a sobering overview of the state of US Politics. ]
You likely haven’t seen the type of commentary I am about to drop from the based gods. Some of it may even seem a bit far out, but I assure you it’s in fact true, it’s just very difficult to find in this modern age. It’s become very difficult to find sources online on some of these topics, though that doesn’t surprise me. Unfortunately given capacity limits for substack I can’t hyper link every source here. YOu’ll have to do your own snooping. I advise using a VPN. This is especially true re: the vaccine.
Here is what I will cover in high detail the way I see/think about it
Quick Background
Covid Pandemic & 2020 Elections/Global Stage
Trump & Biden (Left vs. Right)
Where we’re headed in my opinion
*DISCLAIMER* - There’s a chance some of you will get triggered by the following commentary or simply disagree with everything I say/my takes. That’s to be expected. That won’t however, prevent me from writing about what’s happening politically in the United States and the world. Don’t read this if you think you fall into this camp. DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU FALL INTO THAT CAMP. I won’t tolerate inflammatory comments given I have the balls to actually say how I feel in an objective way and am working to help people see the bigger picture.
Also - if you feel that this piece is right leaning - that’s because it probably is to some extent. One thing any rational objective person cannot deny - is that the status quo in America is now Woke liberalism. Conservatives/right leaning individuals are objectively not in the driver’s seat at the moment.
Quick Background
Look, I’m a pretty reasonable guy. I detest woke culture and the radical left. I’m embarrassed to some extent by the far right (though this term is used very liberally by the media/the left). While many would describe me as a conservative, I actually don’t like that term and don’t believe it accurately describes my political leanings. If anything I would likely be some sort of Libertarian hybrid. I believe in free speech without consideration for political correctness.
I believe in the second amendment strongly (and not for hunting/supporting purposes but for defense against tyranny - foreign and domestic). I think big government is bad and all corrupting (history validates this thesis). I believe we need to have a functioning border (like the majority of modern countries). The US should be open to everyone, but you should have to enter legally, again like most modern countries.
I don’t care what your sexual affiliation/preference or race is, do and be whatever/whoever you’d like, just don’t inundate me with your personal business. Stop pushing your shit on me. If you’re treated unjustly or unfairly I will stand by you. I judge you on your character, self awareness, perspective, temperament, and work ethic/drive. I want a family one day with a house in the countryside, a dog, and enough money to not worry about it anymore. Pretty basic stuff I think most people want. I think the breakdown of the family unit has decimated our country. Pop culture, false idols, and ease of dopamine access in many forms have led many people to become lost. We’ve strayed far from the qualities that made the country so formidable.
I want criminals held accountable and not released by corrupt DA’s or defended by liberal mayors. I want to crush our enemies overseas and make an example of them. I believe in low taxes. I believe a woman should be able to do what she wants to her own body, just like I believe I should be able to choose what goes into mine without getting fired from a job, demonized, or ostracized from society, especially, when evidence suggests grave abuses of power and negligence by those telling me to take what they’re shilling.
I strive for sovereignty and independence from any man (a boss) or institution (a corporation or government). I believe in a free and competitive market where all individuals have opportunity. I believe in healthy nationalism, after all we all we do live in the United States - shouldn’t we be patriotic? Shouldn’t we be holding politicians accountable for grave abuses of power? Shouldn’t we be prosecuting those that have links to our rivals in China and Russia or actively support initiatives that degrade our country? Shouldn’t we be using billions of dollars on our own citizens and infrastructure instead of laundering it or sending it to Ukraine?
I could go on and on but the point is, while most normies these days would jump to describe me as far right or alt right or whatever other name sounds offensive and scary, in my opinion my viewpoints are incredibly straightforward and common sense based. One major issue, which we will delve into in this post, is that you are being conditioned by the media and government to view pro liberty viewpoints as “radical” or “white supremacist” or “alt right”. Remember - a government will take any chance it can to limit the validity, conditioning, and readiness of able bodied military age males that they deem as a threat to their power. This is a universal truth.
They’re really so obvious with their projection about their future ambitions it’s scary.
I want to be secure, free, and live in a country that puts itself and it’s citizens first. Not globalist ambitions, socialist utopian ideals, and elite driven monopoly. Now let’s get into a couple examples of what’s actually going on beneath the mind numbing left vs. right bullshit.
COVID + 2020 election + Global Stage
We’ve had severe culture rot in America and to make matters worse our enemies, being unable to take us on in conventional formats, have employed insidious methods of warfare against our nation domestically and abroad through proxy conflicts. Why are we starting here? Well because the events of the lat 2 years align significantly with these efforts by our foes. Instead of fighting our enemies, our politicians have chosen to side with them or give them advantages in some instances.
Unfortunately politicians on both sides of the aisle have chosen to sell out our country to foreign interests. This isn’t conspiracy, it’s fact. You don’t live in a world of sunshine, rainbows, and idealism. You live in a world forged by blood, steel, currency, and war. The haves and have nots have never had so much seperation.
“To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.”
– Sun Tzu
What many Americans and far leftists fail to understand (or don’t care about) is that we aren’t friends with China and Russia. They don’t view us that way at all and since the Cold War, we’ve been “at war” again with these nations, you could even say the Cold War never stopped. They’ve been employing irregular forms of warfare against us, outside traditional or nuclear methods to subvert and degrade our influence, society, and culture. They’ve literally been doing this for 30/40 years.
Irregular warfare refers to activities short of conventional and nuclear warfare that are designed to expand a country’s influence and legitimacy as well as weaken its adversaries. As a 2020 Department of Defense publication explained, irregular warfare “favors indirect and asymmetric approaches” by countries “in order to erode an adversary’s power, influence, and will.”
It includes numerous tools of statecraft that governments can use to shift the balance of power in their favor: information operations (including psychological operations and propaganda), cyber operations, support to state and nonstate partners, covert action, espionage, and economic coercion (CSIS).
I’d add biological means to that list as well if that wasn’t obvious 2 years into the pandemic. A pandemic, that I must remind you, began in China on the heels of pro democracy protests in Xi’s backyard during the end of the Trump presidency amid crippling sanctions/trade wars and ahead of extremely pivotal elections in the US. Likely born and bred in the Wuhan weapons lab that received funding from Dr Fauci.
Chinese influence penetrates far into the United States. Chinese political and intelligence agencies have conducted many operations on U.S. university campuses, which has included stealing sensitive technology, collecting information, monitoring Chinese students, and pressuring publishers, US media agencies, and researchers not to print negative portrayals of China. Only recently was it discovered Eric Swalwell’s girlfriend was nothing other than a Chinese agent.
Tik Tok more likely than not is a social weapon employed by the Chinese to dumb down our youth and gather data on the American public. That level of degeneracy among the youth isn’t tolerated one bit in China.
But it’s not just China - Russia also regularly employs a cocktail of offensive cyber warfare operations, espionage efforts, covert action, and information and disinformation campaigns to weaken the United States and expand influence. Russia has meddled in U.S. elections and waged a massive disinformation campaign inside the United States, attempting to inflame social, racial, and political tensions through such issues as Black Lives Matter, Covid-19, the Me Too movement, gun control, white supremacy, abortion, and immigration (CSIS).
We could write an entire section on subversion and irregular warfare tactics but the basic gist is here so let’s move on to the order of events as they occurred over the last two years. I will try to lay them out objectively but the fact of the matter is if you look at these in succession you can see what is going on rather clearly. Two things I am not going to touch on in depth in this post. The first is vaccines. The second is the 2020 Election.
Western sanctions escalate against China
Pro democracy protests backed by Trump propagate
Covid originates in Wuhan China
Covid spreads to Western countries
Massive lockdowns and media hysteria ensues
Vaccines and boosters are pushed aggressively
Money printing inflates US Dollar to an all time high
BLM/Antifa Unrest/ Rittenhouse/ George Floyd etc.
Mail in Voting used for 2020 election
January 6th “Insurrection” Poster Boy event for demonizing trump/the right
Biden wins with 80 Million votes - the most ever
Republicans and trump censored removed from Twitter
War in Ukraine - Covid narrative dropped like a hot potato
Inflation not transitory
Roe V. Wade “leak”
Mass shootings in succession, strong gun control push - receives Republican support as well
Recession talks/Crypto Crash/De-leveraging
CBDCs mentioned by the Federal Reserve/economy deteriorating
I share these not to insinuate all were some grand conspiracy - but to give you a high level view of what has gone down. To be frank, I haven’t formulated my conclusions on all of the above, but I do have a gut feeling as to where this is all going. It all centers on population control, economic power, and subversion.
Whatever you believe about the Covid 19 Pandemic and the last two years, I feel it’s hard to ignore the origin story, the way it was handled, the abuses of power that occurred, and the utter mishandling of the entire thing. It’s dragging on even as I type this. People still wearing masks and requiring boosters and more shots. It’s absolute lunacy. We were never told the truth. At any point. My read?
True origin was buried, China likely involved/US knew
Likely intended to be a bio weapon (biological makeup and fact it isn’t going away hints at this) look how effective it was at disrupting the West
Problem at first for US, deaths rise
Corporations and the elite saw a chance to take advantage
Massive vax push for $ - still pushing it on kids today despite negligible risk factor. More and more accounts of adverse effects, young people dying, etc.
Government oversteps (easy to control people with fear/lockdowns) -see Australia/Germany/etc.
Now we are in a grey area, Covid in media completely gone with Ukraine War
CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies, Social Credit Systems (already used in China) and forced renting (See Blackrock)
Supply chain woes - all happening at once, food shortages, worker shortage
More riots and unrest coming over elections/Roe V. Wade, Guns etc.
Complete censorship of certain right leaning content (twitter, instagram, youtube, etc.)
Two things I am not going to touch on in depth in this post. The first is vaccines. The second is the 2020 Election. The above is meant to be a loose way that I have interpreted the events that have happened around me for the last two years. One thing is abundantly clear, we are losing power and control over our own lives and the government (or our enemies abroad) are either willfully participating in the downfall of our country or contributing/taking advantage of it in real time.
Food for thought
One thing you learn when you study history is that events are rarely as they seem and they are defined by the winner. You’ve probably heard a lot about false flags in the last two years. That or constant “conspiracy” theories. People have loved calling other people conspiracy theorists for questioning the narrative over the last two years. Pretty annoying to be honest, because many of the so called “conspiracy theories” are coming true by the day. Keep an open mind guys! It’s not right vs. left. It’s us vs. them.
January 6th has continued to be a central focus of the left as we roll into mid term season. The January 6th committee is in session and this comes on the heels of the “plot” to kidnap Governor Whitmer of Michigan. The defense in that legal case has chosen to go with entrapment because of the high numbers of FBI informants that are now known to have been involved in the case, prompting the defendants to follow through with the act and encouraging them to take action. You really can’t ignore the propoganda/gaslighting re: white supremacy, domestic threats, alt right terrorism. It’s so painfully obvious that they’re propagating information to make Americans think this threat is large and prevalent.
It’s worth noting to give people perspective that a large majority of the country believes that Joe Biden did not win the 2020 election. Again, won’t spend time diving into this rabbit hole, but if you’re willing to do the research and look at the anecdotal events that transpired/statistical probabilities of Biden’s comeback that evening, you’ll find some eyebrow raising occurrences/instances. In any case you’re entitled to your own opinion on what the truth is.
Roughly 66% of Republicans at one point believed the election was stolen. 66% of Republicans certainly aren’t MAGA hat wearing swamp dwelling Walmart shopping extremists so why is the number so high? Personally I have spoken to friends who voted for Biden that tell me something seemed off in the election.
And before you write this off as conspiracy - you should read up on elections throughout history, including US elections. Many have been rigged, many have been tampered with, and it’s typically the norm to some extent. Always has been always will be - the stakes are simply too high for interest groups supporting their candidates.
Personally? I think January 6th was in part a false flag, not completely fabricated - but certainly encouraged, facilitated, and “allowed” to transpire in the way it did to serve a certain narrative (Trump didn’t help with his Twitter commentary, inflammatory comments about election fraud). The MAGA cucks were very real. They were definitely there. The dude in the Yak hat was there. The crowd was riled up. But again, if you care to dig deep enough there are many incongruences about that day, FBI informants are all but confirmed to have been there (you can find the video of Ted Cruz asking the FBI directly if they were involved - their answer confirms it lol), reaction forces were tampered with, and the Yak Hatted MAGA fatties were simply let into the Capitol. There’s literally footage showing officers letting them in.
But Andy what do you mean why would this be allowed to happen! Well for starters what better way to finalize a close contested and high stakes election win than giving a grand showing of the “vicious” and “crazed” nature of the opposite side. The tech elite took the chance to obliterate Trump and republicans online only days after this - they wanted an excuse to ban opposition forces and opinions completely. They got it.
You’re not required to agree with me - but in my opinion January 6th sticks out as a far too convenient talking point/fear porn point for the left. To be completely honest? That was not an insurrection. People in the United States don’t know what an actual insurrection looks like. It’s incredibly violent, swift, and generally succeeds in overthrowing the incumbent government through force, then politicians are removed or disposed of. It looks nothing like what January 6th was, which was a photo op and talking point to demonize the entirety of the right and seal the coffin on Trump’s chances of winning. Would I have ever been there or entered the Capitol?
Hell no lmao. Not an appropriate response.
If you still doubt the possibility of a manufactured or contorted event to serve political end goals regardless of party - I would once again stress you to look to history.
On February 27, 1933, the German parliament (Reichstag) building burned down. The Nazi leadership and its coalition partners used the fire to claim that Communists were planning a violent uprising. They claimed that emergency legislation was needed to prevent this. The resulting act, commonly known as the Reichstag Fire Decree, abolished a number of constitutional protections and paved the way for Nazi dictatorship.
Am I saying the Biden Administration are nazis? No lol. But this stands out as a clear example in history of grandiose and emotionally charged events that are bastardized and abused in the moment to serve insidious end goals.
Other examples of potential/likely false flags are:
Operation Northwoods
The Reichstag Fire
Gulf of Tonkin
Spanish American War
Franco- Prussian War
I suggest you look these up and read about them so that you can understand what false flags are and have a few common examples in your head to compare to events we see play out in the real world. These are the ones that we know about. The largest false flag theory is that George Bush let 9/11 happen in order to roll into the Middle East, get oil, and enrich him and his cronies through massive defense contracts. People love this example because they hate George Bush.
Why did I bring up January 6th? Well because in my opinion it gives us a lense into how the government, not just the left, will portray ANY physical resistance to it’s ruling, even one as pathetically manipulated as January 6th. They want to condition everyone - not just republicans - to never even think about a situation in which an actual insurrection or revolution would be merited against the government (reason why the FBI was looking people up with GPS who were just present in DC that day to apprehend). They want you on their side at all times. That’s how they keep you under their thumb. Again - this will be a difficult point for liberals to come to terms with because it wasn’t their party and they likely hate Trump and everyone involved that day. I get that. My intention is to open your eyes to the bigger picture.
Trump vs. Biden or Left vs. Right
I didn’t vote for Trump or Biden. If anything I fall right of center, though I realize the futility of politics and voting. I can say unequivocally that our government no longer serves the people of the United States. I think Trump received the most intense scrutiny and harassment of any President in history and for complicated reasons. I understand people didn’t like his personality and “rudeness” “boorishness” etc. But the fact of the matter is the US was in an exponentially better place with him at the helm.
You can’t argue that Trump was more effective than Biden is. Not even close. If you can’t see that and remove any emotional issues you have with him, I can’t help you. And let’s be clear! I’m not saying your issues with Trump aren’t merited. Personally, I don’t like him as the candidate for the right. He’s too intentionally divisive.
Personally I was embarrassed by some of the ways Trump conducted himself throughout his presidency. However, what people really fail to understand and what frustrates me, is that Trump was the exact thing all Washington elite, Republicans (enter Mitt Romney) and Democrats as well as our foreign adversaries feared. He was the outsider, a true wild card. He stoked fear in Putin and Xi. Bent on “draining” the swamp, Republicans and Democrats alike and putting America first, despite that motif attracting some of the absolute worst people around from the far right. I do think it’s dumb to focus on Trump as he is one piece of the puzzle and is now more or less irrelevant unless he runs again. The people in government that despised and hated Trump are all of our collective enemies, but they would much rather have you blinded by your hate for him that they reminded you of 24/7 for four years on every major media outlet.
After Biden won the election, things objectively started to steadily move downhill. First it was our absolute blunder in Afghanistan, which embarrassed us on a global stage and emboldened our enemies, then the economy started faltering (not entirely on Biden), and then Putin decided it was time to challenge US prowess in Europe. As the weeks have gone by, Biden’s administration has ranked lower and lower in the polls. Why the War in Ukraine?
Similar to the late Roman Republic, the US - for the past 100 years -- has either been fighting a war, recovering from a war, or preparing for a new war: WW I (1917-18), WW II (1941-1945), Cold War (1947-1991), Korean War (1950-1953), Vietnam (1953-1975), Gulf War (1990-1991), Afghanistan (2001-ongoing), and Iraq (2003-2011) (Salon). Wars distract from domestic issues, Ukraine timing was impeccable.
Biden’s diminishing standing should be alarming to Democrats working to hold control of Congress in the midterm elections this fall. While Biden’s decline has not yet dragged down approval for most Democratic incumbents on the Senate side of the aisle, studies have shown an increasing association between a party’s House performance and their president’s job approval rating (Morning Consult).
To put into context how bad things are going for the Biden administration, the Washington Post (a left leaning publication) conducted a series of polls and effectively backtested/compared it to former presidents.
Polling conducted for The Washington Post and ABC News has tested this question for every president dating back to Ronald Reagan. And only once has a president seen three times as many people strongly disliking them as strongly liking them. It was George W. Bush in the waning days of his presidency — October 2008 — when at his low point, a stunning 58 percent strongly disapproved of him, while 7 percent approved (Washington Post).
Good ole Georgie! But yikes does this put into perspective how low approval is for the current administration.
Personally? I think the utter failure of the Biden Administration and the optics of the term (as evidenced by the left wing media separating from him) is evidence that he was merely a pawn. A cat’s paw to allow left wing interest groups and elite to continue influencing policy in DC while not having someone who would stray far from the agenda. Makes sense to me.
As election season approaches one wonders what the Democrats are truly thinking in terms of who to field for 2023 and who to support for mid terms. Kamala Harris seems like a weak candidate. Clinton? Corey Booker? AOC? Idk to be honest. They will have to choose wisely as either Trump or a Republican heavyweight like DeSantis decides to make the run for the White House.
In other words, Democrats have three real choices ahead of them: An octogenarian, unpopular Biden. An unproven, unpopular Harris. Or a free-for-all that might produce a great candidate but also might not (Washington Post)
This isn’t about left or right
Now look this isn’t supposed to be a Biden bash session - the point I am trying to really drive home to you all is that none of this ultimately matters in terms of who’s president right now. Don’t get all heated about my takes on partisan politics, because at the end of the day both parties in the United States have screwed you, the American citizen over.
There’s no point in bickering over which sides worse because the powers that be are TRYING to divide you. That’s how they maintain control of the masses. DISTRACTION. INCITE ANGER ON CNN AND FOX NEWS. LEAK ROE V. WADE DECISIONS. BUNGLE RESPONSE TIMES TO SCHOOL SHOOTINGS. ALLOW CRIME TO RUN RAMPANT. HYPER INFLATE YOUR DOLLAR. CUT OFF YOUR BABY FORMULA AND FOOD SUPPLY CHAINS. CRASH THE REL ESTATE MARKET. The list goes on and on and on. Some of these things ar intentional some are side effects of government induced bureaucracy and sloth. Both equally as bad.
Do you get it now?
“The masses never revolt of their own accord, and they never revolt merely because they are oppressed. Indeed, so long as they are not permitted to have standards of comparison, they never even become aware that they are oppressed”
George Orwell, 1984
But don’t take my word for it! Let’s take a look at where we stand right now.
Mortgage balances shown on consumer credit reports increased by $250 billion during the first quarter of 2022. According to the Federal Reserve (Fed), U.S. consumer debt is approaching a record-breaking $16 trillion. The most recent inflation rate is at 8.6%. Our supply chains for food and basic supplies are in complete disarray. Economists and banks are calling for recession. People are beginning to lose their jobs. Crime is soaring. There’s murmurs of another Covid resurgence. Can you imagine another winter of lockdowns?
Things have changed - and all I really care about is making people aware of what’s going on because there are so many distractions being propagated to keep your attention elsewhere while you lose your freedoms. As a student of history it’s so blatantly obvious to me where we are in the cycle of nations.
Why does government inflate the money supply? By far the main reason is that people are demanding more and more from government and don’t want to pay for it (Fee.org)
Reliance on the government is being strongly pushed. Stimulus checks, mandated vaccines, CBDCs, Social Credit, taxes. These are all designed to heighten your reliance on the government because that’s where they get their power. That is the common factor in all of the events I listed earlier.
Self Reliance and Sovereignty vs. Big Government/Socialism
That’s what’s going on folks. Everything else is just noise. Which camp do you fall in?
The solution to keeping a republic healthy, if Rome can truly be a guide, is for the citizens to reject any attempts to alter norms he (Watts) says. “I think the lesson I take away most profoundly from spending so much time with these materials is basically, yes, we do need to assign blame to politicians and individuals who take a shortsighted view of the health of a republic in order to try to pursue their own personal objectives or specific short-term political advantages.” (Smithsonian Mag)
Let’s keep the comments civil. But have it. Important to hear other people’s opinions and takes as that’s what characterizes a free democracy.

Coming elections
It’s incredibly important for people to get reliable information to help them form critical decisions. I don’t claim to be the complete arbiter of truth, but I can give you a refreshing perspective that you likely won’t see many other places. I like to think there are many like minded people out there like me that simply have their family, themselves, and their freedoms in focus. That’s all that should matter. See you guys Monday! Have a great weekend.
I think we have very different political views, so not all of this resonated with me and I definitely disagree with some specific points (not by priority but including the implied interchangeability of liberal and left, implication of single sided antagonism from Russia/China, when the US is doing the exact same thing, and I also don't believe "equal opportunity" is realistic when there are deeply entrenched institutions that create often-insurmountable class and race-based barriers to equality, etc).
BUT your point that two party system is a complete farce and ultimately serving elite moneyed interests is really something I wish was more widely understood. I actually don't think the US can really call itself a democracy when you constantly see discrepancies between public sentiment (not a perfect proxy, but whatever) and what the government is doing. Both parties are part of the same more or less economically liberal hypercapitalist structure that has sanctified corruption in the form of political donations. Wealth criminals get away with a slap on the wrist, if that, the elite are free of accountability, the majority of people have no recourse to material degradation of their quality of living, and the most disenfranchised people in society get thrown deeper and deeper into suffering. Aside from the occasional scapegoat (a la Weinstein), systems of exploitation and abuse stay intact and unchanged. The media at large is completely untrustworthy and is pretty much reduced to partisan propaganda.
Anyway, thanks for putting this together! enjoyed the read
Keep it coming King.
